Swap signups will be closing sometime in the morning of April 15, whenever I get up. If you decide you want to change your signup, simply fill out the form again. We will use whichever signup is most recent. If you only want to make minor changes, drop me an email before tomorrow evening.

A few clarifications on things that have popped up in a bunch of signups:

1) This is a no-changed-setting AU exchange, which means no modern/space/etc. AUs are permitted. Consequently, if you said "no AUs" but are actually okay with canon-divergence AUs (e.g. changed events, fix-it fic) and/or AUs that add fantasy or supernatural elements to the canon setting (e.g. ghosts, werewolves), please note this in your Dear Creator letter or email me at caerfyrddin AT gmail DOT com with clarifications so I can edit your signup.

2) If you said you did not want to receive or were not comfortable writing "underage" fic, but did not specify an age, please email me with a specific age. "Underage" means different things in different modern jurisdictions, and many Sutcliff women canonically marry before age 18, or even before 16; a liberal interpretation of "no underage" would exclude canon Marcus/Cottia, for example. Also, if you are uncomfortable writing explicit sex involving a teenaged character, but don't mind writing domestic marriage fic or sub-teen-rated fic, this would be helpful to know for matching purposes.

3) As per the signup instructions, please only request up to three characters per request (or four, I guess, if you're requesting a romantic foursome). You may put as many optional characters and pairings as you like in the optional details, but for matching, it helps us if we know which character(s) or pairings you are primarily interested in. If you have requested multiple pairings in a request, we may be contacting you to ask you to prioritize one of them if we run into trouble with matching.

1. Schedule and Pinch-Hitting

The schedule for Sutcliff Swap 2013 has been determined as follows:

Signups: April 8-14
Matching and assignments go out: April 22 (or earlier)
Creation period: April 22-June 3
Default deadline: May 20
Fanwork deadline: June 3
Pinch hit deadline: June 9
Archive opens: June 10

There will be no creator reveal, since per the result of the community polls we have decided to open the collection with names attached. This also means artists will be responsible for their own image hosting.

After May 26, isis will be unable to answer emails, so all mod questions after that point should be addressed to carmarthen (caerfyrddin AT gmail DOT com), who will also be handling pinch hit coordination this year.
