Sutcliff Swap Update

carmarthenApologies for my tardiness in posting this and getting the rules updated. I am a fail!mod. Working on it now, promotional banners soon.
1. Schedule and Pinch-Hitting
The schedule for Sutcliff Swap 2013 has been determined as follows:
Signups: April 8-14
Matching and assignments go out: April 22 (or earlier)
Creation period: April 22-June 3
Default deadline: May 20
Fanwork deadline: June 3
Pinch hit deadline: June 9
Archive opens: June 10
There will be no creator reveal, since per the result of the community polls we have decided to open the collection with names attached. This also means artists will be responsible for their own image hosting.
After May 26,isis will be unable to answer emails, so all mod questions after that point should be addressed to carmarthen (caerfyrddin AT gmail DOT com), who will also be handling pinch hit coordination this year.
