sutcliff_swap will be on hiatus in 2019, and I will probably be making it a biennial fest from now on (so should be back next year). Of course, if anyone would like to run it this year, I am happy to turn over the keys to the kingdom. I took over modding the fest from the original creators, so am not proprietary about it at all. :)
