Please only vote if you are thinking about participating this year. (You can participate even if you're only familiar with a single Sutcliff book!) This poll is being posted to both LJ and DW; please vote at only one site.
For simplicity, the full schedule options are not listed in the poll, but each assumes one week for sign-ups, with assignments made one week later; six weeks for creating artwork or a 1000-word minimum story, and one week between due date and archive opening in order to allow time for pinch hitters. Two weeks separate each option. If none of these work for you, or if you'd like to suggest something else, feel free to comment with your restrictions and preferences. Here are the full schedule options:
Sign up Feb 25-Mar 3, assignments by Mar 11, due April 22th, open April 29th
Sign up Mar 11-Mar 17, assignments by Mar 25, due May 6, open May 13th
Sign up Mar 25-Mar 31, assignments by Apr 8, due May 20th, open May 27th (or 28th, as 27th is Memorial day)
Sign up Apr 8-14, assignments by Apr 22, due June 3, open June 10
Please make your choices before February 3.

I have no preference among the choices I picked in question 1.
1 (14.3%)
We are leaning toward having works revealed with creator names, rather than the week-long anonymity period we had before. Yes/No/Don't care?
Yes, reveal works with creator names
3 (42.9%)
No, keep works anonymous for one week
1 (14.3%)
I don't care
3 (42.9%)
We would like to make it easy for participants to write treats if they choose. We will have publicly posted 'dear creator' letters linked from a central place. Would you also like us to make signups public (as Yuletide does) or prefer to keep them private?
